2.10. You must complete the registration process personally and provide accurate personal information such as your full name, address, date of birth, nationality, email address, and confirmation of being over 18 years of age. This information is required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Terrorist Financing, sanctions screening, and Gaming Laws. 2.24.2. Where your account is suspended or closed, we may void bets, delay or refuse deposits or withdrawals, retain funds, or apply restrictions to the extent permitted by law and regulation. If your account is closed, we will inform you of any available means to withdraw any remaining balance that is lawfully withdrawable.

3.7. You agree to only use valid credit cards and other financial instruments, payment methods, bank accounts, e-wallets, and crypto-wallets that lawfully belong to you and are under your control.

3.9. Depositing funds or cryptocurrency obtained from illegal, fraudulent, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited sources is strictly prohibited.

3.14. Mysti Games Ltd. accepts payments in multiple currencies, including cryptocurrencies where supported. If your payment account or wallet is in a currency different from the one used on the Website, Mysti Games Ltd. or your bank, wallet provider, exchange, or payment provider may convert the funds or cryptocurrency before crediting your account or before completing a withdrawal. Any exchange rate premiums, slippage, conversion losses, gas fees, miner fees, network fees, or similar charges will be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

WITHDRAWALS

4.1. When depositing or withdrawing funds from your account, you must use credit cards and other financial instruments, bank accounts, e-wallets, and crypto-wallets that are valid and legally belong to you.

We reserve the right to request all or any due diligence documentation, including but not limited to identification documents, proof of address, proof of source of wealth, proof of source of funds, proof of wallet ownership, and political exposure status, whenever we deem it necessary in accordance with our AML and anti-terrorism financing obligations.

4.8. All transactions will be monitored to prevent money laundering. Mysti Games Ltd. will report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities, including the Anjouan Gaming Commission, where applicable. If we detect any suspicious activity, we are required to report it immediately. We may suspend, block, or close an account and withhold funds in compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or any other applicable legal or regulatory basis.

4.8.1. We reserve all rights to investigate your account and gaming activity. If we reasonably suspect that your account or gaming activity has violated these Terms, applicable laws, or regulations, we may, at our sole discretion, delay or decline further deposits, withdrawals, and/or gameplay while we conduct our investigation. 4.9. We are committed to processing all approved withdrawal requests promptly.
